3. deny access to the website for any reason, including but not limited to verbal abuse, copyright infringement, wrongful conduct, use of the website for other purposes then those intended;
4. disqualify a competitor under any doubt of integrity, age, plagiarism, misbehavior or other behaviors exercised for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, or voluntarily negatively affect the overall experience of other website users, competition participants, executive and/or administrative staff, or any person present, virtually or physically, at the events;
5. disqualify a competitor if the uploaded programming file does not meet the minimum requirements indicated in the competition rules;
6. cancel, postpone or otherwise alter the running of the competitions.

2. The Manitoba Robot Games and Cogmation agrees to, but does not guarantee or warrant:

1. use the information submitted to the website for the sole purpose of running the competitions or this website; including but not limited to participant registration, identification of players during and after the competition, and prize awards;
2. not transfer, copy or otherwise transmit the information submitted to the website to third parties except when required by law or if such information is required to conduct the competitions or this website;
3. provide the best effort in offering a fair, safe and informative environment to all participants.

3. The Manitoba Robot Games and Cogmation have no responsibility, real or virtual, for any reason, cause or occurance for:

1. lost or damaged programming files, or any other information submitted or downloaded thru the website;
2. lost, stolen or otherwise compromised personal information to the maximum extent allowable by law;
3. availability and/or accessibility to the website, even if such is preventing registration to a competition or other event.
